So you have decided you want to get rolling with this, huh?
Well, let me be the first to say, “congrats!”
It isn’t going to be easy and honestly there are no shortcuts, but with this proven formula (Fitness + Nutrition + Support = SUCCESS) you can have GREAT results if you are willing to commit to the program and work hard.
How do I know that? It worked for me!
Before we start, Let me answer one of the questions I get sometimes, “Why purchase through a Beachbody coach and not over the phone or online through the official website?”
First of all, when you order ANYTHING through this site, it directly links with the Official Team Beachbody website and you will receive your officially licensed program/product straight from Team Beachbody within a couple days max. You are just using an affiliate link here and you will notice that once you click any of them.
Secondly, Coaches know how to get you “WHAT YOU WANT” and “WHAT YOU NEED” in the cheapest and most affordable way possible…by ordering other ways (BB website or by phone after watching an infomercial), you may not get that. I can even personally walk you through it if need be.
Also, if you go straight to the company website and order, you will automatically be assigned to a random beach body coach (just the nature of the biz) and this coach most likely is someone you know nothing about and he/she may or may not be even actively participating in the company. If you plan on sticking with this, you need to be placed on a team with someone you can trust and someone who’s going to be there!
Ordering from a Beachbody Coach is really the best option because not only do you have someone watching out for your purchase and making sure everything goes through the right way, you are put on a team with me and you get some valuable accountability and someone who is available to answer questions, motivate, team up with, help you in any way possible. I am very accessible. Go any other route and you’re on your own.
Team Beachbody set up the “Coaching Business” to not only distribute their programs and products, but to help people succeed with putting them on a team with others who have already found success with the same programs. This is the BEST route to take if you are seriously considering taking your fitness to the next level.
So, I am going to give you a step by step getting started plan. This will ensure that you get off on the right foot so to speak.
1. Make Me Your Coach and Choose Your Fitness Program
If you already have a fitness progam (P90X, Insanity, Turbofire, etc) then the first thing you need to do is sign up on our team here at Team Beachbody . It is a free account just to make sure you get added to the team and start receiving immediate support! Next, I want you to shoot me an email and let me know you did and I will contact you.
If you do not have a fitness program then you need to decide which one is best for your personal goals. Since nutrition plays such a huge role in overall fitness, people often will choose a Challenge Pack in order to get Shakeology along with their program of choice and save lots of money by going that route!

2. Figure Out What Equipment You Will Need
Many of these programs do require at least a minimal amount of equipment and you may even already have many of those things. Most programs come with everything you need, but if you want something else then go to the BB store. There are stability balls, pull up bars, push up stands, and much more all available in the beachbody store. Just follow that link and click shop…everything is very simple and easy to navigate, you won’t have any problems finding what you need.
3. Commit to your Nutrition!
Notice the exclamation point…there is a reason for that! You MUST be serious about eating right if you want to have any success with these programs. Most fitness experts will say that diet accounts for 70 maybe 80 percent of your total results that you will achieve. Trust me, you are going to be working out too hard to just have all that work ruined by eating garbage. Your results DEPEND on you eating right!
Meal Plans – Most of these, if not all these programs come with Nutrition guides. Follow them!
Supplements – Many people, including myself find a lot of success with supplementation and vitamins. The P90X Recovery Formula, Endurance Formula, and Protein Bars are all really great products that I use myself.
Shakeology – The most used supplement/health shake among the Beachbody community is Shakeology. It is a perfect meal replacement for those trying to lose weight or can be a great supplement added on to your meals as well…whichever the case, it is EXCELLENT and I highly recommend it to anyone who is really serious about getting fit! Personally, I drink it every single day and it has made a HUGE difference.

I also highly recommend, using a diet or food journal to track your calories and nutritional needs. One of the best ones on the web is available at MyFitnessPal. They also have an App for your Iphone/Android that even implements a barcode scanner to make it super quick and simple! I use it myself.
4. Get Mentally Prepared
While you are waiting for all your stuff to arrive, get ready for the incredible change that is about to occur. Find a room or a working out area where you can give it your all and will be free of being disturbed. It doesn’t take much space, just somewhere where you will be comfortable.
Prepare your family and friends…if they truly care about you then they will truly care about your health too! Set goals for yourself…you will be amazed at what you can accomplish with these programs.
5. Communicate With Your Support
Whether it is at home or online, connect with me and others online to get the encouragement and support that you will need. There are going to be times when you may hit a wall and you feel liking throwing in the towel…that is where we come in! Accountability is KEY…and you have all types of various support with Team Beachbody and with me as your coach.
6. Get Going And Give it Your All
Take pictures, write down measurements, calculate BF % and BMI if you want because things are getting ready to start changing! I record everything every single time I do a round of one of these programs. I love to see the differences on paper from beginning to end. Track your progress and use it as even more motivation!
7. Pay It Forward
Finally, you can help others…when people see your changes they are definitely going to want to be a part of that!
