How Much Is Shakeology For Beachbody Coaches?

One of the first things that inevitably comes up when talking about Shakeology is the price. On the surface it seems like the price is high, but as a Beachbody Coach, you can actually get a huge discount every month on Shakeology. Unfortunately, many people just don’t take advantage of this really neat opportunity that currently exists to save big on it each month, here’s the deal.

When you sign up as a Beachbody Coach you can save 25% on Shakeology EVERY single month and if you are receiving it on Home Direct (autoship) you get another 10 bucks off because the shipping is free too. Not only that, but as a Coach you can get a 25% discount on everything else too and there’s a lot. But It Costs $ To Be a Coach, Right?

Yes, there is a $39.95 one time fee and then a $15.95 monthly fee. The first fee is to cover the cost of your Game Plan Tools Kit (29.95 value) and also your Business Essentials Starter Program. The monthly fee upkeeps 3 personal websites that Beachbody maintains for you in order for you to earn money from sharing and to essentially work the business if that’s something you want to do.

So yes, you do pay roughly an extra 7 bucks or so the first month (to pay for the Coach Startup) to be a Coach, but after that you will save 15 dollars a month with your Coach discount and an additional 10 dollars off for choosing Home Direct and you have knocked off 25 dollars or so every single month by becoming a Beachbody Coach. Honestly, if you plan on drinking Shakeology and want to do it as cost effective as possible – you need to be a Coach. It is the absolute cheapest way to do it.

Why Not Be A Coach And Save?

I was talking to someone the other day that really got excited about the discounts involved with being a Coach. This person spent over 150 dollars every month on vitamins and supplements from GNC and realized that as a Coach, he could start getting them all for less that 80 bucks going through Beachbody.

His issue was the business side of things. He was concerned that as a Coach, he would be pressured to sale, to perform, to meet quotas, etc. This may be true with some other companies out there, but I have never heard of anythng like that with Beachbody. As a matter of fact, I have several coaches on my team that are only “Shakeology Discount Only Coaches.” What that means is that some people have become Coaches for one reason and one reason only…the discounts, and that is totally okay! I never ever talk any business with any of them at all and never pressure them to start participating in the business side of things unless that is what they want to do.

Another reason that people don’t become Coaches is because they don’t think they are qualified. Truth is, you don’t have to be a fitness expert at all. You don’t have to hold any degree or have to have completed P90X 3+ times. Anyone can become a Coach…so f you are thinking about Shakeology or would like to get discounts on programs like Insanity, P90X, or Turbofire, being a Beachbody Coach is the way to go.

Another thing that people don’t know is that it is relatively easy to make some extra cash on the side by becoming a Coach. Beachbody already gives you 3 of you own websites. People WILL ask you what you are drinking, people WILL ask how you are losing weight, etc? All you have to do is tell them and share the link to your site so they can try it themselves. You get 25% commission on Shakeology (along with all Beachbody products that is purchase through your sites) so you can break even pretty quick with the whole Coaching thing if you are willing to share.

Personally, when I first became a Coach, I did it for the discounts. After a while, I realized I could break even with the products I was getting every month including Shakeology by sharing it with others when they asked about it. After that, I realized that I could make even more money just by doing the same thing on a slightly bigger scale and from there it kept growing. Now I run this blog and Beachbody has become an integral part of my income, so you never know where it all may lead.
