As the creator of Tai Cheng and a specialist in traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics, Dr. Mark Cheng provides his extensive knowledge to his students.
Drawing on his years of martial arts study, he has developed Tai Cheng, an incredibly effective workout program that combines a progression of Chi Kung (QiGong), Tai-Chi, and functional movement training. Last year at Coach Summit, I had the opportunity to do a short workout with Dr. Cheng and was very impressed with not only his knowledge, but the workout program itself. I had never really done anything like it before. I would recommend it for anyone, but it’s truly an excellent resource for someone new to working out and is looking for something non impact or especially for someone looking to increase flexibility or even recovering from an injury.
