Well, somehow I got my rest day and a scheduled workout day mixed up and my shcedule is a little off, but that’s okay. Tonight was Back To Core night, and this is really a workout that I enjoy. It changes the pace up on you and although difficult as well, it is a more chill type workout. There are no crazy jumps, jump roping, agility ladder moves, etc…it is all core work, but in a more relaxed setting.
It is defintiely a good change up because you really can only go FULL SPEED so many nights in a row and that is how the rest of the Asylum is setup so I always enjoy when this workout comes around.
No major problems throughout the workout tonight. I did all the moves and went deeper in them than normal as well. The cool thing about this workout, but all workouts really…is that the better you get at them, the more of an opportunity you give yourself to get more out of the workout. There is always a deeper level to push to in the movements. I found myself doing that tonight. What about you?
